Even though GE Pharma’s website is covered with annoying flame icons and major spelling errors, we can’t help but be impressed by their tenacity. They have filled Liquid Fire with so many powerful ingredients that we’re surprised they haven’t been shut down yet. That being said, we can’t help but be sickened by their complete lack of concern for their customer’s safety.

Anything To Be Worried About?

Ephedra, an ingredient that Liquid Fire seems to use in spades, has been proven to be an extremely dangerous weight loss aid. Although there has been constant debate as to the legality of this drug, one thing has not been in debate and that is that ephedra has been shown to cause heart attacks, strokes, and even death. About ten years ago the US Food and Drug Administration was pushing for a bill that would ban all ephedra products that contained more than 8 mg and a warning label to be posted on all those under that limit. But thanks to $4 million worth of lobbying and public relations groups by Metabolife, that bill was unsuccessful and the ephedra market runs virtually unsupervised today.
