Fucothin Reviews

Fucothin bottle

Product Details

Fucothin is the so called “#1 selling product in the natural products industry.” They talk about various clinical studies and how others simply cannot compare to its metabolism boosting and fat burning abilities that mysteriously come without stimulants or related side effects. This is possible, but of course we would be curious to see if it holds up to reality.

The Good

Fucoxanthin is a seaweed derivative. It has been studied before in terms of its thermogenic fat burning results, and in some cases it has been shown to produce that result. It is completely natural, and it is of course free of caffeine and other side effects. This is the main ingredient in Fucothin.

The Bad

All of the tests on fucoxanthin were conducted on rats. Moreover, they were conducted by the same lab and same group of scientists in every case, which denotes bias to say the least. But onto the next subject, the company that makes Fucothin, Garden of Life, is headed by Jordan S Rubin, and both he as an individual and the company have been known for being sued multiple times by the FTC for unsubstantiated claims.

The Skinny

Mr. Rubin has been sued for unsubstantiated claims not because he made the wrong choice of words, but because he has claimed his other products could do things like curing cancer. So it is pretty serious, and as such it is perfectly appropriate that they have cautioned consumers against buying any of his products at all. Fucothin is no exception to this rule, and we would suggest staying far away from its unsubstantiated formula.
