Cuur Reviews

Cuur bottle

Product Details

Cuur is a Swedish weight loss supplement or rather the “Swedish secret” to weight loss that they have pushed because everybody else must know some magical secret except for Americans. They claim to have clinical tests on their main ingredients and they advertise mostly through Swedish infomercials at that time.

The Good

They use coleus forskohlii. Coleus forskohlii is actually proven to promote weight loss in general terms, if used in the right amounts. This would be ideal, and of course if used in those amounts, coleus forkohlii could produce quite substantial results as shown in the studies.

The Bad

They do have green tea which negates the whole claim about no side effects and no stimulants. They also fail to use the minimum 1000mg of coleus forskohlii to produce results. This isn’t particularly surprising considering they resort to infomercials to avoid having to give you real details about the product itself.

The Skinny

You shouldn’t use Cuur. Cuur has no secret to weight loss, and coleus forskohlii and green tea are not exactly Swedish per say. They don’t really have the right amounts, even though they have 2 basic yet extremely common ingredients, and realistically they make it easier to get the idea that you can just take some easy way out rather than participating in the diet and exercise you really need to.
