Cortislim is a product originally based on the idea that if you were to lower excessive cortisol levels you could target belly fat, because apparently cortisol levels are common and build up specifically in the belly area. They said that you could easily slim down, lose weight, and achieve that body you wanted simply by dealing with this one little stress hormone.
The Good
They have green tea, which is proven to promote weight loss in 400mg doses or more. They also have relaxing ingredients that could help you to achieve better weight loss and other results among other things. So in short, you can ideally get better sleep and otherwise.
The Bad
Apparently the FTC didn’t agree with their basic assessment. They were sued for unsubstantiated claims and forced to change their advertising because you can’t really target one area of fat and there’s also the fact that serious cortisol buildup is a medical disorder. They also lack the right amounts of green tea or for that matter any other weight loss ingredients at all.
The Skinny
We would recommend staying away from Cortislim. It is based on entirely false pretenses to say the least, and it doesn’t even begin to measure up to basic needs of the individual. It won’t promote weight loss or fat burning among other things, and you would only be wasting your time.
