But after reading a lot of good reviews, I decided that it might be worth a try. I used it for the full 30 days, and I lost weight my first month. It took time to build up in my system, which I guess is a given. The first day, I was definitely more regular. but it was about the 2 week mark when I actually lost weight. It does not have any side effects for me either. Since there's a 30-day supply in a bottle, I will finish it out and see if it would do anything for me. At this point, I doubt it. I did have a racing heartbeat, but it wasn't a big deal to me compared to the weight I was losing. Since then, I've found plenty of diet pills that keep me up or make my heart race, but it's been really hard for me to lose any weight. Clinicallix doesn't cause any side effects at all, and I am still losing weight. I used ephedra products years ago, and the one I was using then is still the best diet pill I’ve ever used.
