Calmslim is the natural and apparently Chinese herbal approach to women’s weight loss. It is supposed to help females to lose weight while also helping you to achieve other benefits for the female body. They claim it is developed specifically by “highly experienced Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)experts and thoroughly tested in Australian laboratories.” And apparently being all natural, there are no side effects associated with it.

The Good

They have some good ingredients. They actually use the combination of garcinia cambogia, gymnema sylvestre, and chromium which work effectively with each other. We’re actually surprised they didn’t publicize this. They also use green tea, which can in the right amount promote greater fat burning, thermogenic activity, and weight loss in general.

The Bad

It can cause various caffeine related side effects. So its claim is not exactly valid on that point. In terms of the combination named above and the ingredients in general, they do not use the right amounts, meaning there is no way for it to work in general terms, and as far as “traditional Chinese medicine”, that’s just another marketing ploy, tacky, but effective.

The Skinny

We would not recommend buying this product. It doesn’t have quite the results you are looking for, and it can cause various problems that may actually frustrate you in general terms. This will not help you for a number of different reasons, and there are no female specific ingredients at all. All of this is not all that surprising, but it would still be preferable not to deal with it of course.
