Hey Jane, I had some side effects too in my first week, and i definitely noticed that I was losing weight, which made me keep using it. I don’t know how bad your side effects are, mine weren’t scary or anything. But after about a week, i started noticing that the side effects went down, and after a week and a half, they were completely gone and I was still losing weight. I hope that helps.

Has anybody else had side effects? I’ve been using this for about a week, and so far I’ve had some trouble sleeping. I’ve talked to customer service, and they said that my body would get used to it. But I want to know if that’s really true.

Adipril helped me to lose weight even though I was struggling.
