Product Details
Acomplia is in a new class of prescriptions known as cannabinoid 1 receptor blocker. They get into the brain and block the addictive reactions of the brain that would theoretically cause you to smoke, binge, or otherwise participate in addictive activities in general. It has been used before and been quite popular in helping some to lose weight and stop smoking at the same time or so they say.
The Good
Sanofi Aventis, their creator, is a rather huge conglomerate that has been responsible for quite a number of successful prescription drugs of all types such as Allegra, which is used in the treatment of various allergies. This formula is rather simple, and it has been shown to help people to stop smoking to some degree.
The Bad
It has not actually been shown to be all that effective in promoting weight loss. In addition, it was banned in several countries, never accepted by the American FDA, and they stopped making it after such a number of bigger countries actually banned their product. It was banned because of reports of suicide, suicidal tendencies, depression, and various other serious problems. In addition, some have suggested that they knew about these side effects beforehand and took steps to cover them up.
The Skinny
They have said in some circles that Acomplia has been introduced under different names. However, we don’t actually believe that you should buy it either way. They most likely have a similar explanation and set of advertising methods. But no matter the name, it is still extremely dangerous and it has been shown to be rather ineffective in actually promoting weight loss, which is supposed to be the whole idea.
